When you are experiencing a problem, simply phone our call center. Your call will be logged and you will recieve a call back from a member of our technical staff. Your unit will be shipped to the designated depot location and repaired within three business days. Your scanner will be returned via the same shipping method, free of charge. All charges for labor and parts are included in this service. We also provides all the shipping containers. Quick and easy.
