True Nationwide Service
We offer customers the best in nationwide service in major and medium markets across the United States. Our Field Service Technicians are trained in Omaha and then return to their respective territories to work as our employees. This is unique because many maintenance companies hire sub-contractors giving their customers a false sense of security. The customers are led to believe that they are receiving service from a nationwide provider. Harland Technology Services is a true nationwide provider of hardware maintenance and support.

Part Inventory
Each Field Service Technician is provided a company truck that is stocked with parts specific to the equipment customers in their territory have under maintenance. We have an extensive proactive parts procurement and distribution process in place that assists us in increasing user up-time, productivity and IT costs in general. We have a highly successful record fixing problems on the initial visit.
